According to PANews, Nasdaq-listed Top Win International has announced the completion of a $10 million funding round, led by Taiwan-listed company WiseLink Co., Ltd. (TW: 8932). This marks WiseLink as the first Taiwanese listed company to invest in a Bitcoin treasury enterprise.
WiseLink made the investment through a three-year convertible bond and has established a strategic partnership with Top Win to advance a 'Bitcoin + Cross-Border Finance' framework. Top Win plans to primarily use the funds to purchase Bitcoin and potentially invest in publicly listed companies that adopt a Bitcoin treasury strategy, as well as for operational capital. The funding round also attracted other private investors, including Chad Koehn, founder of United Capital Management, along with four other investors.
Previously, on May 16, Top Win rebranded as AsiaStrategy and partnered with Sora Ventures to promote a Bitcoin treasury strategy in Asia.
