According to the announcement from Puffer Finance, the UniFi V2 Testnet is now officially online, supporting Ethereum-based rollup technology, offering sub-second confirmation, atomic L2→L1 withdrawal, the smart wallet standard EIP-7702, optional governance, a custom fee market, and a chain with KYC control or completely open. The upgrade introduces real-time multi-TEE proofs, MEV sharing, and priority fees, as well as the AVS mechanism based on EigenLayer, with all upgrades being compatible and rolled out progressively, key indicators focusing on transaction volume and speed.
