TeraWulf Signs 200MW AI Hosting Agreement with Fluidstack

According to reports, TeraWulf Inc. announced that it has reached two 10-year high-performance computing hosting agreements with the AI cloud platform Fluidstack. These agreements will allow the Lake Mariner data center to provide over 200MW of critical IT load, with a total contract value of approximately $3.7 billion, and include two five-year renewal options, with a total value of up to $8.7 billion. Google provided an $1.8 billion lease obligation guarantee for Fluidstack and acquired about 8% equity in TeraWulf. The project is expected to be fully operational by 2026.
