ChainCatcher news, according to official information, Coinbase will undergo maintenance on August 19th at 8 AM Beijing time.

During the maintenance, sending and receiving of BTC, LTC, BCH, ZEC, and DASH will experience delays. All ERC20 tokens, as well as sending and receiving on the Ethereum (ETH) and Ethereum Classic (ETC) networks, will also experience delays, but transactions will not be affected.
