Local time on August 14, Russian Presidential Assistant Ushakov announced the latest arrangements for the meeting between Russian President Putin and U.S. President Trump.

According to Ushakov's report, this highly anticipated "Trump-Putin meeting" will kick off at 10:30 PM Moscow time on the 15th, corresponding to 3:30 AM Beijing time on the 16th. At the beginning of the meeting, Putin and Trump will have a "one-on-one" discussion accompanied by translators, followed by negotiations between the two delegations in a "5 on 5" format. After the talks, the two heads of state will jointly attend a press conference to introduce the results of the discussions.

Ushakov clearly stated that resolving the Ukraine crisis is the core topic of this meeting. In addition, both parties plan to exchange views on cooperation and development issues, including in the economic and trade fields, and explore the possibility of deepening bilateral relations.

According to another announcement released by the Kremlin on the same day, the members of the Russian delegation have been determined, including Foreign Minister Lavrov, Presidential Assistant Ushakov, Defense Minister Shoigu, Finance Minister Siluanov, and Dmitriev.

The location for this meeting between the U.S. and Russian heads of state is Anchorage, the largest city in the U.S. state of Alaska, scheduled for local time on the 15th.
