The primary driver behind this inclusion is Wall Street's shift towards blockchain technology, facilitated by the GENIUS Act and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Project Crypto. Most stablecoins and Wall Street projects are built on the Ethereum platform.
