Now Google is preventing the publication of cryptocurrency wallets and exchange platforms in the Play Store if the developer does not have an official license to operate in key jurisdictions.
➠ Requirements:
▪ For the United States – FinCEN registration or bank status.
▪ For the European Union – CASP authorization under MiCA.
Without a license, the application will not be accepted. The rules have been published in the official documents for Google Play developers.
