Standard Chartered has raised its year-end price target for #Ethereum from $4,000 to $7,500, with a long-term 2028 forecast of $25,000. The upgrade comes amid strong institutional adoption and improved market conditions.

Since June, corporate treasuries and spot ETFs have acquired around 3.8% of all $ETH

in circulation — nearly double the rate seen in Bitcoin from similar buyers. Treasury firms alone purchased 2.3M ETH in just 2.5 months, equal to 1.9% of total supply.

The bank expects ETH to break its previous all-time high of $4,866 by the end of Q3. Supportive policy moves, such as the GENIUS Act signed by President Trump, are also seen as bullish catalysts.

With over half of all stablecoins running on Ethereum and stablecoin activity accounting for ~40% of blockchain fees, ETH remains at the heart of on-chain finance.
