Elon Musk threatened Apple with a lawsuit over App Store policies
Elon Musk threatened Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) with a lawsuit regarding alleged violations of antitrust laws related to the ratings of the chatbot app Grok AI, owned by his AI startup xAI. "Apple behaves in such a way that no AI development company, except for OpenAI, can take first place in the App Store rankings, which is undoubtedly a violation of antitrust laws. xAI will file a lawsuit immediately," Musk wrote in his post on the social network X. "Why do you refuse to add X or Grok to the 'Must Have' section if X is the number one news app in the world, and Grok is number five among all apps? Are you playing politics?" Musk wrote in another post.
