French President Macron told reporters after a call with Trump and other European leaders that any decision regarding territorial concessions needs to be made by Ukraine.
Macron stated: "Trump has made it very clear that the U.S. wishes to achieve a ceasefire at this meeting in Alaska, and there are currently no serious territorial exchange plans on the table." German Chancellor Merz reiterated that Ukraine must be involved in any relevant decisions.
