Aave holds 67% market share in the DeFi lending space, firmly leading the industry.

In terms of revenue, during the bull market of 2021, its total annual revenue reached $343 million, with a token ATH price of $666. As of 2024, it has achieved $320 million in revenue, and with an estimated revenue scale of $32 million in October, this year's revenue is expected to break historical highs.

In terms of price, the current AAVE price is $256, still down 60% from its ATH. If we acknowledge Fees as a core driving indicator, there theoretically exists about a 3-fold opportunity.

Other auxiliary indicators show that AAVE's MC/FDV ratio is currently 0.94, with a circulating supply of 14.9 million, accounting for the vast majority of the total supply of 16 million. About 1 million tokens remain in the protocol treasury for security module staking rewards and liquidity provider incentives, with nearly all tokens in circulation, and no large-scale unlocks expected in the future. The MC/TVL ratio is 0.16; the smaller this ratio, the more the project may be undervalued, which can be compared with similar DeFi projects.

On the news front, Aave has proposed to integrate BlackRock’s tokenized fund BUIDL into its GHO stablecoin module (GSM), which will enrich revenue sources and increase RWA exposure.

In terms of trading strategy, AAVE is currently experiencing a decent pullback, and the price has not yet reached the daily EMA200.
