After sending out this analysis report yesterday, I supplemented more research on the fundraising progress of ALT5. Last night, I bought a little ALT5 stock, starting to buy in batches at 5.42, and got in around 5.7, raising my average purchase price to 5.57.

Go back and take a look at the official announcement of Vape establishing the BNB treasury on NASDAQ-listed companies on July 28:

(NASDAQ: $VAPE) - Led by @10XCapitalUSA, supported by @yzilabs, planning to raise $500 million through a private placement to build the world's largest publicly listed exclusive reserve company $BNB , with the transaction expected to be completed by July 31. This initiative has received support from top institutions like Pantera Capital.

Then, the two funds 10XCapitalUSA and YZLabs announced their respective investment amounts, committing to inject $500 million into Vape's publicly listed company to purchase BNB for the establishment of the $BNB treasury.

The shell company Vape does not need to issue additional stocks to raise public funds; it has already secured $500 million through private placements, using this amount to buy BNB. The funds obtained from YZLabs' private placement actually come from CZ's pocket. Vape's stock price surged purely due to the influx of $500 million in external funds. After the funds entered the publicly listed company, Vape's stock ticker was also changed to BNC, a clear shell listing operation.

Now looking at the Trump family's $WLFI treasury shell company ALT5's announcement yesterday, it only mentioned raising $1.5 billion, without specifying which private equity fund would provide the money, meaning the publicly listed company still needs to seek funding from the public or private equity funds to purchase WLFI tokens to establish the treasury.

All the announcements are just empty expectations, with no external funds injected into ALT5 to create this WLFI treasury, hence the stock price decline was anticipated.

It cannot be ruled out that in the next couple of days, the Trump family might secure a few private equity funds, and if they announce funding like 10XCapitalUSA and YZLabs did, then ALT5's stock price would likely soar.
