Solana CEO Anatoly Yakovenko has reportedly sidestepped multiple attempts to deliver legal documents tied to the controversial “Pump Fun” project. The lawsuits, filed by Burwick Law and Wolf Popper LLP, accuse Solana Labs, Jito Labs, and top executives of running what they call a fraudulent online casino scheme.
According to the firms, three separate delivery attempts to Yakovenko’s San Francisco home failed. Other key figures — including Solana co-founder Raj Gokal and Solana Foundation Chair Lily Liu — have also yet to be served.
The legal battle could put additional scrutiny on Solana’s leadership at a time when the project is navigating rapid growth and expanding its DeFi presence.
