Deep Tide TechFlow News, on August 13, according to Protos, Solana CEO Anatoly Yakovenko has recently repeatedly evaded the delivery of Pump Fun-related lawsuit documents. Burwick Law and Wolf Popper law firms have filed a lawsuit against Solana Labs, Jito Labs, and several of their executives, accusing them of participating in fraudulent casino project operations.

The law firms stated that all three attempts to deliver to Yakovenko's residence in San Francisco were unsuccessful. In addition, several executives, including Solana co-founder Raj Gokal and Solana Foundation president Lily Liu, also failed to successfully receive the lawsuit documents.
