Just bought some ALT5 stocks at the bottom.

Let's go back and take a look at the official announcement of Vape, a NASDAQ-listed company on July 28:

(NASDAQ: $VAPE) - Led by @10XCapitalUSA and supported by @yzilabs, it plans to create the world's largest publicly listed $BNB exclusive reserve company through a $500 million private placement, with the transaction expected to be completed by July 31. This initiative has received support from top institutions such as Pantera Capital.

Then, the two funds, 10X Capital USA and YZLabs, along with other private equity institutions, announced their respective investment amounts, with a commitment of $500 million injected into Vape's publicly listed company for the purchase of $BNB to establish the BNB reserve.

The shell company Vape does not need to issue new shares to raise public funds from retail investors; instead, it secured $500 million through private placement to buy BNB. The $500 million obtained from the private placement comes directly from CZ's YZLabs. Vape's stock price rose in response, entirely due to the influx of $500 million in external funds. After the funds entered the publicly listed company, Vape's stock ticker was also changed to BNC, a definite shell listing operation.

Looking at the Trump family's $WLFI reserve shell company ALT5, their announcement yesterday only stated that they intend to raise $1.5 billion but did not mention which private equity fund would provide this money. This means that the publicly listed company still needs to raise funds from the public or private equity funds in order to purchase WLFI tokens to establish the reserve.

The announcements are all just empty expectations, with no external funds injected into the ALT5 publicly listed company to create this WLFI reserve, leading to a predictable drop in the stock price.

It cannot be ruled out that in the next couple of days, the Trump family might secure a few private equity funds, similar to how 10XCapitalUSA and YZLabs successively announced their funding commitments to the ALT5 private placement, which would cause ALT5's stock price to soar.
