BitMine Plans to Increase Public Offering of 20 Billion USD

According to the supplemental filing of the prospectus submitted to the SEC, BitMine (BMNR) plans to add an additional 20 billion USD of common stock 'market-based' issuance authority on top of the previously issued limits of 2 billion USD and 2.5 billion USD, raising the total scale to 24.5 billion USD.
