It's normal to want to only go up $ETH and not all altcoins...for various reasons.
1. ETFs have led the market to take a new approach.
2. ETH will always go up first, and only after it hits new highs will liquidity begin to shift.
3. Forget that all names will do a 3x 10x. This cycle is different. we have too many names and too much shit around. Choose smart names.
