Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon may plead guilty in a U.S. fraud case related to the $40 billion collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin in 2022. U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer has scheduled a change-of-plea hearing for Tuesday and requested that Kwon be prepared to explain his actions. His attorney has not responded to requests for comment.
