【ETH Daily Deep Analysis】The bull-bear game enters a critical zone, who will be the first to be 'hunted'?

Recently, ETH has shown a very intriguing pattern on the daily level:

After a price spike, it entered a phase of consolidation, with abundant liquidity at both ends, and the main force may launch a 'hunting' action at any time.

1. Current Market Structure

Top Resistance: Marked in the diagram as Equal Highs, which indicates that the price has touched the same level twice without breaking through. This is a typical liquidity-rich area, where short stop-losses and long orders are concentrated above.

Bottom Support: The Swing Low & p1D Low form the lower edge of the recent consolidation, providing strong support, and is also a concentration area for bull stop-losses.

Historical Trend: There have been multiple occurrences of BoS (Break of Structure), showing that ETH has risen sharply after starting from a low point, but faced resistance at highs, entering a consolidation phase.

2. Range Characteristics

Upper Edge of the Consolidation Range: Near the Equal Highs

Lower Edge of the Consolidation Range: Swing Low Area

Volatility Amplitude (Δ): Approximately 10.3K (data calculated from range difference)

This structure suggests that the price may initially fake a breakout to one side, sweeping away stop-losses and orders on that side, then run in the opposite direction—typical 'liquidity hunting' market behavior.

3. Key Logic of Bulls and Bears

Bullish Perspective

If the price strongly breaks through the Equal Highs and holds during a pullback, it can be seen as a signal that the upper liquidity has been ignited and will accelerate upward.

Bearish Perspective

If the price is once again blocked at the Equal Highs, retreats, and breaks below the Swing Low, it will open up a larger correction space below, targeting the previous Strong Low area.

Liquidity Game

Above the Equal Highs & below the Swing Low, both are concentrated areas of chips. The main force prefers to first sweep one side of liquidity and then reverse, so caution is warranted when chasing orders.

4. Trading Reference (Technical Perspective)

Counter-Trading within the Range

Look for short signals at the top of the range and long signals at the bottom of the range.

Breakout Follow

Break through the Equal Highs → Confirm support on the pullback → Go long

ETH is currently in a key consolidation range with a high balance between bulls and bears. Any side being 'hunted' could trigger a significant trend movement.

Waiting patiently for the market to give direction is more important than rashly chasing orders.
