Trend Trading
1. Focus on the trend, only pay attention to popular sectors, and try to trade the leading stocks as much as possible;
2. Fundamentals, only select those with a market capitalization of over 10 billion and at least two or three years in operation;
3. From a technical perspective, only trade varieties in an upward trend, specifically those where the 20-day moving average is flat or showing an upward turning point;
4. Follow the break rule, closely monitor two key points: buy low when near the 20-day high, and exit at high volume;
5. Remember not to borrow money for this, position allocation is very important, do not heavily invest in any single variety.
6. If mistakes are made due to unexpected events or impatience, correct them immediately without any luck, and try to avoid errors;
7. Only chase the leading stocks when pursuing high prices, otherwise do not chase;
8. Patient investment masters achieve wealth appreciation through waiting, rejecting the notion of getting rich overnight through trading;
9. Focus on the ability of the varieties to generate value and their prospects, rather than merely pursuing cheap prices.
