What is #Chainbase ? @Chainbase Official $C
Chainbase is a data platform that aims to be a global "hyperdata network." Its goal is to aggregate multi-blockchain data into a single system, making it accessible, structured, and verifiable for artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
Technology and Architecture
The Chainbase architecture consists of four core layers:
Date Accessibility Layer
Collects and organizes on- and off-chain data; this data can be verified with ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proof).
Co-processor (Manuscript) Layer
Developers write scripts called Manuscripts. These scripts process and standardize raw blockchain data. These scripts are shared; creators earn rewards with each use.
Execution (CVM + EigenLayer AVS) Layer
The Chainbase Virtual Machine (CVM), which runs the scripts, is an environment capable of large-scale parallel processing. Network security is ensured through re-staking provided by EigenLayer.
Consensus (CometBFT + DPoS) Layer
CometBFT ensures fast and reliable finality, while validators confirm transactions using the Delegated Proof of Stake model. Delegators participate by depositing tokens with the validators they support.
C Token & Tokenomi
Chainbase's native token, the C Token, forms the economic backbone of the network.
Uses:
Data query and access
Staking and node operation
Network governance and voting
Intra-ecosystem incentive and payment currency
Token distribution:
Total supply: 1 billion C
Ecosystem & community: 40%
Airdrop incentives: 13%
Node operators: 12%
Early supporters: 17%
Founding team: 15%
Liquidity: 3%
Vesting plan:
Team and early investors: 12-month hold + 24-month linear distribution
Operator and ecosystem incentives: Staggered distribution between 36–60 months
Major use cases: Base (priority) and BNB Smart Chain
Use Cases
Chainbase offers robust use cases in the following areas:
Wallets: Multi-blockchain asset visibility and management
Security: Attack monitoring, security alerts, and analytics
AI & DeFi: AI-powered analytics, modeling, and cross-chain debt/payment applications
Social Platforms and Infra: User socialization across multiple chains, data-based infrastructure solutions
Project History and Backer Structure
Launch and Investment Status:
First token transactions began in July 2025; $15 million was raised in a Series A round during the same period
Backers: Major investors such as Tencent, Matrix Partners China, and Mask Network
Open source components on GitHub: Infrastructure such as Manuscript-core and AVS setup are actively updated. For example, manuscript-core was last committed on August 9, 2025.
Strengths & Summary
It offers an innovative standard for making blockchain data suitable for AI.
The four-layer architecture creates a holistic structure from data access to management and security.
The C Token plays a strategic role as both an incentive and governance mechanism.
The project has strong potential in both infrastructure services and advanced use cases like AI-DeFi.
Large investors, a team, and open-source contributions increase the project's appeal and reach.
