The "Head and Shoulders" pattern is generally composed of three price structures: the "Left Shoulder," the "Head," and the "Right Shoulder." The highest point in the middle is commonly referred to as the "Head," which corresponds to point C in the diagram.
Additionally, the two relatively lower high points on either side of the "Head" are called the "Left Shoulder" and the "Right Shoulder," corresponding to points A and E in the diagram.
