After years of deep cultivation in the cryptocurrency field, I summarize a few core experiences to help you avoid detours and achieve stable profits.
1. Strengthen the foundation and move forward with support
Investment in the cryptocurrency market requires a solid foundation: You can self-study blockchain technology, the characteristics of cryptocurrencies, and technical tools such as K-line and MACD; or you can follow experienced teachers with good reputations to quickly build an investment system and avoid common beginner mistakes.
2. Scientific stop-loss, safeguard the bottom line
Stop-loss is the last line of defense for capital safety:
For long positions, set the stop-loss below key support levels (e.g., Bitcoin support level at 50,000 U, stop-loss at 49,500 U)
For short positions, set the stop-loss above key resistance levels (e.g., Ethereum resistance level at 3,000 U, stop-loss at 3,050 U)
Accurate stop-loss placement can preserve the opportunity to re-enter when the market reverses.
3. Position allocation, maximize efficiency
Different capital scales require matching strategies:
Small capital (10,000 U): 60% invest in mainstream coins to stabilize the foundation, 40% diversify into potential mid and small coins
Large capital (100,000 U): 50%-70% in mainstream coins as ballast, 20%-30% in innovative coins, 10%-20% to try high-risk opportunities
Building positions in batches can reduce costs, for example, if planning to invest 5,000 U, first invest 2,000 U, and then add more after a correction.
4. Restrain emotions, refuse impulse
Greed leads to chasing highs, fear often results in cutting losses; emotional trading is the root of losses. A plan should be established before trading, clearly defining entry and exit conditions and stop-loss/stop-profit levels, and during execution, one should not be swayed by market emotions, maintaining independent judgment to avoid blind following.
5. Timing precision, control rhythm
The timing of entering and exiting determines success or failure:
Entry: Combine K-line patterns (such as 'Morning Star'), moving average arrangements, MACD golden crosses, and other technical signals
Exit: Decisively take profits when reaching profit targets (e.g., 20%) and promptly stop-loss when seeing reversal signals (e.g., breaking support levels)
Small capital can double easily but also loses quickly; only by overcoming greed and decisively stopping losses can one establish a long-term foothold.
No need for you to stay up late watching the market and guessing trends, nor to worry about whether the buy and sell points are accurate. Only seize opportunities with clear trends, hold back during bear markets, and stay invested during bull markets.
I will talk about the next wave of the market; let’s keep the rhythm together and let profits outperform 90% of retail investors!
