According to a Pantera study, the number of specialists receiving salaries in cryptocurrency has tripled over the past year: from 3% to 9.6%.

The popularity of USDC is due to restrictions on salary payments through platforms like Deel, Remote, and Rippling, which do not support payments in USDT. Together, these two stablecoins now account for more than 90% of salaries in cryptocurrency.

The highest salaries in the crypto industry are received by specialists with a bachelor's degree — an average of $286,000 per year. This is higher than for those with master's ($214,000) and even doctoral ($226,000) degrees, as found by Pantera. According to the company's specialists, women on average earn higher salaries than men when working in marketing and operational roles in crypto companies — however, they lag behind men in earnings in engineering and managerial positions.
