BlockBeats news, on August 7, according to official news, the ZKsync Guardian team submitted a proposal in July 2025, planning to allocate a total of 8.5 million ZK tokens for Guardian compensation and management expenses over a two-year period from September 2024 to September 2026. This proposal will revoke the existing unminted quota of 2 million ZK (V1) and enable a new minting quota of 8.5 million ZK (V2), managed by the ZKsync Guardians.
Among them, 3.75 million ZK is allocated for compensation in the 2024-2025 fiscal year, 3.75 million ZK for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, and another 1 million ZK for administrative expenses.
