Binance seems to delist coins that have visible project teams and where the project teams have engaged in malicious behavior.

However, for the MEME coins that have been fairly launched on the surface, it seems that the coins that don't have market makers but are secretly manipulated by conspiracy groups have never been delisted. It really seems like there have been none? Even if these coins have maliciously manipulated the price, they have never been delisted.
