The number of specialists receiving salaries in cryptocurrencies tripled in 2024, reaching 9.6%. This conclusion was drawn by analysts at Pantera Capital based on a survey of 1,600 respondents from 77 countries.
63% of salary payments are made in USDC, while the dominant trading currency USDT remains in the minority. This is because major payroll providers (Deel, Remote, Rippling) do not support it. In total, USDC and USDT account for over 90% of salaries.
