The following position rolling method is a relatively stable compounding tool I've developed over my eight years in the industry (I recommend liking and saving it to avoid losing track of it later). Invest only in mainstream products, avoid copycats, and remember not to buy at high prices. Build positions in batches when prices dip:
1. Divide your funds into five parts, and set aside one part, or 20%, to build a base position.
2. Once your base position is established, immediately stop loss if the price drops by 10% (you'll only lose 2% of your total position). If it rises by 10%, add another 20%.
3. At this point: Hold a 40% position and wait. If it rises another 10%, add another 20%.
4. At this point: Hold a 60% position and observe carefully. If it rises another 10%, add another 20%.
5. At this point: 80% of your position is already occupied. If it rises another 10%, add another 40%.
6. At this point: Your position is already fully occupied, so please wait patiently for an increase. After another 10% increase, sell 20%, continuing to sell as the price rises to lock in profits. If it drops 20%, sell everything and secure your profits!
7. Your 40% base position can remain unchanged for the long term, with a maximum position of 60% to 80%. Always keep 40% of your position open to handle unexpected situations and increase your position in the opposite direction.
This method sounds complicated, but it's very simple for those with insight. Simply keep good trading records. Records help you avoid mistakes. Buy low and sell high. Buy at a certain price drop and sell at a certain price rise, depending on the liquidity of the currency. Trading requires insight and flexibly applies what you learn.
