Soft homemade bread...😋 ♥️
Ingredients:
• 3 cups of wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon of yeast
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 egg
• 50ml of oil
• 1 cup of warm milk
Preparation:
• In a blender, add the egg, sugar, salt, oil, and yeast.
• Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little, stirring with a spoon until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
• Transfer the dough into a bread form, greased with margerine.
• Cover and let the dough rest for 30 - 40 minutes, in a warm place.
• After rising, bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 - 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden and firm.
