Glassnode: Bitcoin whales and retail investors have increased their BTC holdings in the past 15 days, possibly reflecting bottom-fishing behavior during the pullback

This indicates that they have been bottom-fishing during the recent pullback. However, this signal has a lag, as it reflects smoothed data over a 15-day period."
