Chirag Tomar is the main orchestrator of a cryptocurrency phishing scam that lasted from mid-2021 to the end of 2023, primarily targeting users of the exchange Coinbase. By imitating a fake website of the cryptocurrency trading platform Coinbase or using search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, he lured users to log in, thereby stealing approximately 20 million USD worth of cryptocurrency.
