Stellar $XLM announced the reset of the test network on August 14 as part of the preparation for the Protocol 23 update. All test data, including accounts, assets, and smart contracts, will be deleted. Developers are advised to save any necessary data in advance. On the same day, stable builds will become available. Voting on the main network update is scheduled for September 3. After the reset, it is necessary to update all Stellar software (Core, RPC, Horizon, SDK), even if it has already been updated in July. The reset is being conducted outside the planned update procedure due to major changes in Stellar Core.
