Deep Tide TechFlow News, on August 6, according to the Hong Kong Economic Journal, Jinzhou Asset Management Company has launched the Global Bond Tokenized Income Limited Partnership Fund, which is Hong Kong's first tokenized limited partnership fund registered with the Securities and Futures Commission. The fund is issued on the Ethereum public chain, based on the ERC-20 technical standard, and combines a dual registration structure that records fund shares on both the blockchain and a registry recognized by Hong Kong law.
The technical partner NVT provides blockchain solutions for the fund, completing deployment through its Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization system. The fund is denominated in US dollars and primarily invests in a global bond portfolio, supporting over-the-counter (OTC) secondary transfers. Jinzhou Asset Management stated that it will continue to deepen its RWA ecosystem and launch more diversified tokenized products.
