Tell me an executable plan. Turn 10,000 into 10 million; I only did these three things right.
I have tracked Bitcoin for 12 years and have seen too many people go broke due to 'buying high and selling low' or 'misusing leverage'.
Today, I will tell you in the simplest terms: how an ordinary person can turn 10,000 into 10 million in 5 years.
First Tip: When your capital is small, don't be greedy; survive first and then make money.
If you only have 10,000, don’t think about going all in directly. I suggest using a 'regular investment + grid' combination: when Bitcoin is in the 30,000-50,000 USD range, buy 10% every time it drops by 5%, and sell 5% every time it rises by 3%. This way, you can lower your average cost and profit from the price fluctuations.
Remember: when your capital is small, protecting your capital is more important than making profits. A single loss should not exceed 2% of your total capital.
Second Tip: When a bull market comes, be bold to increase your position, but set stop losses.
Bitcoin halves every 4 years, and on average, it rises 12 times within a year after each halving. The fourth halving just completed in May 2024, and now is a critical period.
My strategy is: when Bitcoin breaks through the historical high of 60,000 USD, go long with 2-3 times leverage, but set a mandatory liquidation line of 10%. At the same time, convert 50% of your funds into Bitcoin and lock it in a cold wallet to prevent being liquidated and missing the main rally. Early investors made 16 times their investment; this is the power of seizing the cycle.
Third Tip: When you have more money, diversify; don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
After you make 1 million, don’t just focus on Bitcoin. My allocation is: 30% in Bitcoin, 30% in DeFi staking and mining, 20% in Bitcoin mining stocks, and the remaining 20% for buying the dip.
After the Bitcoin spot ETF is approved in January 2024, institutional funds are entering the market rapidly, and it is expected to break 100,000 USD in 2025. At this point, using options strategies is safer: sell put options with a strike price of 40,000 USD, earning the premium while being able to buy at a low price in case of a crash.
Remember: Bitcoin is not afraid of falling; what is feared is your lack of patience. Historical data shows that 97% of those who held for over 4 years made a profit.
The market has risks; don’t blindly follow others just because they are making money. My method may not be suitable for everyone, but at least it can help you avoid 5 years of detours.
