Binance Futures will launch USDⓈ-M Binance ALL composite index perpetual contract with up to 75x leverage at 2025-08-06 09:30 (UTC).
About Binance ALL Composite Index
Binance ALL composite index is a new cryptocurrency price index that tracks all cryptocurrencies listed as USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts quoted in USDT on Binance Futures except the following:
ETHBTC perpetual contractUSDⓈ-M perpetual contracts quoted in USDC or any other stablecoinsUSDⓈ-M delivery contracts Composite index perpetual contracts Pre-market trading perpetual contractsCOIN-M perpetual and delivery contracts
Binance ALL composite index is calculated by using weighted averages of all constituents’ index prices in real time.
About Binance ALL Composite Index Regular Rebalancing Mechanism
Binance ALL composite index is scheduled to rebalance at 08:00 (UTC) daily.
New listing of USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts quoted in USDT
Any contracts listed before the scheduled rebalance time will be added to the Binance ALL composite index on the same day, while contracts that are listed after the rebalance time will be added on the next day.
Example 1:
If a USDⓈ-M perpetual contract is listed at 2025-08-05 07:00 (UTC), this contract will be added to Binance ALL composite index on the same day when the composite index rebalances at 2025-08-05 08:00 (UTC).
Example 2:
If a USDⓈ-M perpetual contract is listed at 2025-08-05 09:00 (UTC), this contract will be added to Binance ALL composite index on the next day when the composite index rebalances at 2025-08-05 08:00 (UTC).
To-be-delisted USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts quoted in USDT
For any USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts quoted in USDT scheduled to be delisted, these contracts will be excluded from Binance ALL composite index 40 hours before the scheduled delisting time in the nearest rebalancing cycle.
Example 1:
If a USDⓈ-M perpetual contract is scheduled to be delisted at 2025-07-30 09:00 (UTC), this contract will be excluded from Binance ALL composite index when the composite index rebalances at 2025-07-29 08:00 (UTC), since the regular daily rebalance is scheduled at 08:00 (UTC) daily. Example 2:
If a USDⓈ-M perpetual contract is scheduled to be delisted at 2025-07-30 00:00 (UTC), this contract will be excluded from Binance ALL composite index when the composite index rebalances at 2025-07-28 08:00 (UTC), since the regular daily rebalance is scheduled at 08:00 (UTC) daily. “ALL” is a ticker representing “Binance ALL Composite Index” and not the ticker of a separate token.The aforementioned perpetual contract(s) will be included in Binance Futures New Listing Fee Promotion campaign;The aforementioned perpetual contract(s) will be made available for Futures Copy Trading within 24 hours of launch. For more information on available Futures Copy Trading contracts, please refer to this page.The maximum funding rate of the aforementioned perpetual contract(s) at the time of launch is +3.00% / -3.00%. The funding fee settlement frequency is every eight hours.
Based on market risk conditions, Binance may adjust the specifications of the aforementioned Futures contract(s) from time to time, which include the funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and/or maintenance margin requirements.Multi-Assets Mode allows users to trade the aforementioned perpetual contract(s) across multiple margin assets, subject to the applicable haircuts. For example, when the Multi-Assets Mode is activated, users can use BTC as margin when trading the aforementioned perpetual contract(s).
