Recently discovered an interesting ZK infrastructure player - Succinct. They are building a global zero-knowledge proof network, the core of which is the Prover Network, using $PROVE tokens to incentivize global GPU nodes to help generate proofs, providing secure and verifiable computing services to Ethereum, L2, AI and other chains or applications. The key to their current market share is lowering the barrier for developers to deploy ZK technology, allowing service deployment using common languages, which greatly improves the development experience.
Succinct has now helped customers protect over $4 billion in on-chain assets, which is a very large protection range in ZK infrastructure. Even more interesting is that Google Wallet's "prove you're over 18 without revealing your actual age" feature uses their lightweight ZK framework - which shows that Web2 is also starting to use ZK technology in a real way.
The most impressive thing is their financing, Paradigm has led the seed round and Series A, with a total of over $55 million, and investors include Robot Ventures, Bankless, and even Polygon co-founders and early Twitter investors.
ZK technology has gone from a niche cryptographic tool to a general-purpose infrastructure, Succinct's operation is really impressive.
