A British man, who accidentally lost a hard drive with #BTC in 2013, stated that he continues the search and has made an offer ranging from $33 to 40 million for the acquisition and excavation at the landfill site in Newport, where the hard drive is believed to be located.
He plans to launch a token to raise funds.
