It is reported that Jetking Infotrain has issued 460,000 ordinary shares at a price of 250 rupees per share, raising 115 million rupees. The company previously purchased 5.9835 Bitcoins at an approximate price of $110,957 each, with a total expenditure of about $663,911, and currently holds 21 Bitcoins. However, India's regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies is relatively strict, requiring a 30% tax on crypto asset gains and a 1% withholding tax (TDS) on each transaction.
