Eggless banana bread recipe

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (medium-sized, mashed)

½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)

¾ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

¼ cup milk (or any plant-based milk)

¼ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the oven – Preheat to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Mash bananas – In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Mix wet ingredients – Add oil, sugar, vanilla, and milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

Combine dry ingredients – In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

Combine wet and dry – Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add extras – Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
