#StablecoinLaw President Donald Trump signs into law the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act of 2025 (the “GENIUS Act”), establishing the first federal regulatory framework for stablecoins in the United States. The signing follows the US House of Representatives’ July 17, 2025, passage of the GENIUS Act by a bipartisan vote of 308–122. The GENIUS Act is, to date, the most significant of a series of reforms sought by the Trump administration to create a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital assets.

$SUI token developed by Mysten Labs, a team comprised of former Meta engineers, built Sui.
