Suddenly, a thought came to my mind: what if you are in a country that gets attacked by another country, and in an emergency, you have to leave your country and go to another? And you have a lot of money; you're a businessman with billions and trillions of dollars. If you have to move that money to another country, how would you do it? I thought about it, and two ideas came to my mind. The first was that I would convert my money into gold 🥇 because gold is acceptable everywhere. The price might fluctuate in different countries, but it wouldn't make a big difference. However, when I discussed this with my friend, he told me my point was right, but there's a problem: you're leaving your country in an emergency, so the gold you buy would be in tons. And there would be many others like you leaving their country, and they would also have the same idea. So, first of all, there would be a huge shortage of gold. Even if you somehow manage to get it, how would you carry it to another country? How would you take it with you? 🤯
Then, he gave me an idea: instead, you should buy any cryptocurrency ₿, and you can exchange it for any country's currency, which will make your work much easier. It occurred to me, "Yes, this could work!" And it's possible that many people, just like me, haven't thought of this before.
Why am I telling you this story? Because when the creator of Bitcoin made it, they probably never thought it could be used for something like this. When Bitcoin was created and marketed, the only thing they said was that it was a currency that no country's government or law could control, and there's no track record of who you're sending money to or what they're doing with it. They created Bitcoin with this thought in mind. Then, Ethereum, an alternative to Bitcoin, launched its own cryptocurrency with the idea that it would be cheaper and faster than Bitcoin. Gradually, all exchanges started launching their own cryptocurrencies with some plan or another; every currency had its own purpose.
Today, we can't even imagine that if we hold the cryptocurrency we're buying for about 10-15 years, it could mature. If you're a student and you finish your studies and want to start a business in the future that requires money, your investment would have matured by then. It could even be 100x, 200x, 300x, or even 1000x+! One thing is for sure: the crypto market has a great future. 🚀
So, what do you think about this? Please share your precious comments; I'm very curious about your ideas
