Today I did scalping on the BTC/USDT pair with a 15-minute time frame. I entered the position after seeing a bullish crossover signal between MA(7) and MA(25), as well as RSI(6) approaching the overbought area above level 70. My entry was around $113,800 and I targeted take profit at $114,100.
The reason is simple: there is strong upward momentum after the price bounced from support at $112,722, plus volume is starting to increase. I placed a tight stop loss below MA(25) to manage risk. This position eventually closed with a small profit, but it was safe enough for the unstable market conditions.
Scalping like this requires high focus, but is suitable for sideways markets or approaching a breakout.
Trading is not about winning big, but consistency and emotional control.
