#加密市场回调 Adam Theory's Ten Principles:

(1) Never add to a losing position or average down.

(2) When opening a position or increasing your stake, you should simultaneously set a stop loss so that you can be prepared to exit if you make a mistake.

(3) Never cancel or move a stop loss unless the price is moving in the direction of your open position.

(4) Never let a reasonable small loss turn into an uncontrollable large loss. Exit immediately when the market is unfavorable, and you will have a chance to re-enter when a good opportunity arises next time.

(5) In any trade or on any given day, do not allow yourself to lose more than 10% of your account funds.

(6) Do not try to catch the tops and bottoms; let the market reveal itself. The Adam Theory can never accurately pinpoint tops and bottoms, and those who attempt to do so will also fail. However, when tops and bottoms finally appear, the Adam Theory will only be wrong once.

(7) Don't stand in front of the train. If the market is moving sharply in one direction, never go against the market unless there is strong evidence showing that a reversal has already occurred. Note that it must have occurred, not that it will occur or should occur.

(8) Stay flexible. Remember that you might make mistakes, and the Adam Theory might also make mistakes; anything in the world can occasionally go wrong. Remember that what the Adam Theory states is highly probable, not absolutely certain.

(9) If you are not performing well, take a break. If you keep incurring losses, step away and go on vacation to calm your emotions, and wait until your mind is clear before proceeding.

(10) Ask yourself if you truly want to make money from the market, and listen carefully to some of your own answers. Some people psychologically crave losses, while others just want something to do; “know yourself.”

Unless all your trades are based on these ten principles, neither the Adam Theory nor any other method will be accurate enough for you to make continuous profits. Once you understand this, you will make substantial profits in the market.
