He listed the special privileges that public companies, fiduciaries, insurers, banks, brokers, exchanges… have, and how understanding that legal framework can multiply your power. “A bank can take a million and issue 20 million in fiat. That’s 20 to 1 leverage. That’s an advantage.”
The message was clear: if you master the rules of the game, you can play like the big players.
