Let's talk about $eth>>
① Linked trends. If it breaks the 3830 line, we look to the 3890 line. But here's the problem: with today's terrible performance, can it break the 3830 line? It shouldn't be able to. Some believe that this current drop might be a washout, and after it's done, it will shoot up. But I think this drop is just a drop, and any rebound is merely a rebound; it probably won't lead to an increase or effectively break the 3830 line.
② Why is it behaving this way instead of continuing to oscillate upward or making new highs? Firstly, there is a need for adjustment; the higher it goes, the more effort it requires. Although it's not particularly obvious, adjustments can happen unexpectedly, decided by the market makers. From our perspective as retail investors, we can only see that the intensity of the adjustment isn't very high and is quite limited. Secondly, $btc is not seeing a strong upward movement. If it were, it should have gone up yesterday. It shouldn't still be oscillating downward now.
③ The main resistance level above is the 3800 line, which is also a position where it is likely to encounter resistance and fall back down. If it breaks through and holds, the rhythm will basically be 3800—3830—3890, and at that point, it will be a bit painful. After all, my current viewpoint remains the former. #以太坊十周年 #币安HODLer空投TREE #稳定币热潮
