🔍 Altcoins have not entered the season – Top 50 still lagging behind Bitcoin?

In the past 90 days, only about 38–39% of the top 50 altcoins outperformed Bitcoin – according to the latest data from BlockchainCenter. This indicates that the Altcoin Season has not yet started as the Altseason Index currently fluctuates around 32–39, below the threshold of 75 needed to confirm a clear trend.

Some altcoins like MKR, WIF, BOME have still surged strongly thanks to narratives like meme coins, RWA, and DeFi. However, the majority of altcoins remain weak, and capital flow still favors Bitcoin as BTC Dominance holds steady above 54%.

In the context of Bitcoin fluctuating around the $117k–$120k range, the market has not really flowed strongly towards altcoins. ETH/BTC remains below the breakout zone, indicating that there is no clear “capital rotation” yet.
