I believe many friends have idle USDT in hand. Most people simply keep it in the Binance exchange for regular financial management, where the annualized return exceeds 200-300 USDT, but only at 1-2%. So, is there a place with high annualized returns, regular access, and relatively low risk? Today, I recommend one and provide a tutorial to facilitate operations for Web3 novices.
First, let me introduce this protocol, called Lista_Dao, which many people are familiar with. It focuses on BNBFi, backed by Binance, bridging the exchange and Binance's non-custodial wallet BNB financial management. CZ has also mentioned and introduced it several times, thus ensuring higher security. Since it opened lending services some time ago, the TVL has exceeded $2.7 billion. After all this, we should directly get to the point; the following is a step-by-step tutorial to teach you how to operate.
First, enter the Binance wallet, preferably a non-custodial wallet, and transfer the USDT for financial management to the wallet on the BNB chain. For first-time wallet creators, remember to transfer 0.01 BNB for gas fees.
In the wallet, click at the bottom to find the Dapp above, locate the popular Dapp, the second one is Lista Dao, as shown in the image.
Second, after opening and entering Lista Dao, select 'Connect Wallet', then click the three horizontal lines next to it, and choose 'Financial Management', as shown in the image.
Third, click to open financial management.
Fourth, select USDT stable financial management and click to open it, as shown in the image.
Fifth, look at the deposit limit above. If there is still a limit, enter the amount of USDT to deposit, as shown in the image.
Sixth, scroll down, choose to swap and stake, and it will be saved. The interest is divided into two parts: one part is from lisUSD, which continuously increases in the total amount and does not need to be claimed; the other part is the emission reward of Lista tokens, which needs to be claimed regularly and exchanged for USDT. As shown in the image.
Seventh, scroll down and there will be a button to claim Lista tokens; remember to claim regularly. If you need to withdraw the principal, choose to unstake, which will convert to lisUSD and send directly to the wallet. As shown in the image.
Eighth, lisUSD can no longer be redeemed 1:1 for USDT. It needs to be exchanged for USDT in the wallet, with a rate difference of one thousandth, meaning that 1000 can only be exchanged for about 999. At an annualized rate of 10%, it will take about 3-5 days to earn back this fee, as shown in the image.
In conclusion: the USDT managed in Lista Dao can be reflected in the total assets of the Binance wallet, and the details can be viewed under DeFi assets for convenience. However, keep in mind: currently, this asset does not count towards Alpha asset balance and cannot increase asset points. Therefore, those who want to accumulate points can only enjoy low-interest financial management on the Binance exchange.
