Ethereum ($ETH) near the breaking point: will it reach $4,000 soon?

Ethereum ($ETH) has strongly climbed this week and is currently trading around $3,745 USD, after registering an increase of about 4–5% in the last 7 days.

Technically, ETH is consolidating just below the resistance at $3,760–$3,800, a key level that, if surpassed, could pave the way towards $4,000 USD.

The strong momentum comes from record flows in Ethereum ETFs and increasing institutional participation, surpassing those of Bitcoin recently.

If ETH breaks that barrier with volume, a rally towards $4,200–$4,500 USD would be projected in the next bullish phase. But beware: a correction towards $3,500–$3,600 is not ruled out if the resistance zone is rejected.
