Solana $SOL recently announced its ambitious 2027 roadmap, targeting leadership in global internet capital markets. The revolutionary upgrades could slash financial fees up to 99% and boost SOL adoption.
The strategy will make Solana the foundation layer for tokenized entities, currencies and cultures worldwide.
They are going to launch Application-Controlled Execution (ACE) which lets smart contracts manage their own transaction.
Also, Jito’s $JTO Block Assembly Marketplace testnet will be launched in a few days and fully deployed in three months. It will give validators and traders more control over transaction execution.
Plus there is a double zero peer to peer fibre network, operates with over 100 validators. Expected to launch on September, the dedicated network will replace public internet for Solana Transactions. Recent Network upgrades increase Solana block capacity for 20% to 60 millions compute units, and there will be more expansion before the end of 2025.
