This plan was spearheaded during the early part of President Trump's second term and emphasizes enhancing the nation's AI competitiveness through reducing regulations, supporting open-source AI, strengthening infrastructure, and fostering international cooperation. It aims to promote the application of AI in key fields such as healthcare, manufacturing, and defense, consolidating the United States' global leadership in AI.
